Ok, I know I'm a tad behind on being completely obsessed with the mason jar trend , but I am officially all in- hook, line and sinker.  These versatile- and hello, inexpensive!- little decor nuggets are the perfect accent to any type of event.  Plus, there are so many different forums dedicated specifically to awesome DIY mason jar projects, that the decoration possibilities are virtually endless.  Whether it be using the jars alongside tea light candles (use faux tea lights when outdoors to avoid fires!) to create soft lighting during an evening wedding, baking personal sized pies within the jars for a fundraiser, sipping the season's best tasting cocktail, or filling them with candy and handing them out as a birthday party favor, mason jars are definitely a fun and easy way to add a creative touch to any event!
